Our company will be closed for Christmas & New Year break from the 23rd December till 6th Jan 2025. All orders placed during this time will be processed and dispatched in a chronological order upon our return.

Introduction

Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable. If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. When your Goods arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimize your inconvenience.

From 1st January 2020 all orders from outside United Kingdom will now incur import VAT and may incur import duties/customs charges. Receiver is responsible for paying additional taxes/vat, fees, charges or import duty on each purchase. Bahoma London will not be held responsible for any of the above. We kindly ask you to inform us if you decide against covering these costs before your order is dispatched.

Please be aware that we are charged for any returned parcels, and this is usually more expensive than original postage cost. This charge will be passed onto you if you have failed to:

  • Settle the payment for duties/taxes
  • Collect parcel
  • Re-arrange delivery
  • Provide us with correct/deliverable address

Restocking fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund for any returns which resulted from points above. Your original postage will also not be refunded.

You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification after your order has shipped. We are always trying to process everything as fast as we can, but sometimes we may experience high volume of orders, so processing may take a little bit longer than usual.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at the checkout, just before the total order value.

UK

Standard Delivery time: 1-3 working days

  • Orders below £40.00 will be charged a £6.50 shipping fee
  • Orders above £40.00 will be shipped free of charge*

* Free delivery applies to UK Mainland deliveries only, excluding the Highlands and Islands (EU charges applies for Highlands and Islands)

EU

Standard Delivery time: 2-5 working days

  • Orders below £100.00 will be charged a £25.00 shipping fee
  • Orders above £100.00 will be shipped free of charge

US*

Standard Delivery time: 1-4 working days

  • Orders below £200.00 will be charged a £25.00 shipping fee
  • Orders above £200.00 will be shipped free of charge

International

Standard Delivery time: 2-7 working days

  • All orders will be charged a £35.00 shipping fee

Order tracking information

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send a shipment notification containing a tracking number to an email address provided.
