How do I make a purchase?
Browse our collections and add items by clicking the Add to basket button. You can also shop by fragrance or use the search function to add items to you bag. If you’re not sure about an item, you can add it and later remove it from your basket. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click the Proceed to Checkout button. Fill in the necessary billing and shipping information to complete your order.
Do I need to register an account to place an order?
No. But for your safety you should register an account to shop at bahoma.com.
Is my personal information kept private?
You can rest assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. We will never share it with a third party. For additional information, read our Privacy Policy.
I don’t remember my password. What should I do ?
If you need to reset your password, follow the Forgot Your Password? link on the Sign In page or the icon at the checkout login. We are unable to email your old password for security reasons.
What payment methods are accepted at bahoma.com and is my credit card information kept safe?
We accept all major credit cards and process all credit card information using industry standard SSL technology.
What currency do I pay in?
All prices are displayed in British Pounds and all orders are billed in British Pounds. Your bank should be able to provide the exchange rate at which your credit card will be billed.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
For orders over £40 shipped within the UK and orders over £100 shipped thoughout the EU, bahoma.com offers free shipping. Please refer to our delivery page for all details dealing with costs and delivery times.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, of course. You may add a shipping address in the checkout.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Please contact us via email or telephone to change your order once it has been placed.
Can I track my order?
Upon shipping your package, we will email a tracking number and link where you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do accept returns in some circumstances in accordance to UK consumer laws. Please refer to our returns information page for details.
How long do the average perfumed Bahoma products last?
A Bahoma scented candle in glass can last up to 75 hours when burned following our instructions. A Bahoma 200ml Fragranced Diffuser can last up to 6 months when used according to our instructions. For more detailed product usage and safety information refer to our Product Safety Information page.
Do my points expire?
Your points don’t expire but your ranking will reflect your annual spend. For example, if you don’t shop with Bahoma London for a whole year (based on a date when your account was created), you will automatically move to the level below.
How does the Special Buy weekend work?
Simply select a weekend that you’d like to go on a shopping spree from your dashboard, and we’ll send you a discount code to apply at the checkout. Points cannot be used in conjunction with this voucher.
How can I use my points?
Once you have enough points you can use them on any purchase you make from the Bahoma London website. This includes items on sale.
Where can I check my point balance?
Simply sign in to your Bahoma London account, visit the ‘My account’ page and you’ll be able to see your live balance.
What is the maximum number of points I can use during the checkout?
There is no maximum number of points on a single purchase.
How does the 25% off a single purchase work?
You’ll receive a voucher which is valid for a year and which can be used when you will want to benefit from the 25% off offer. Simply provide your code details before checking out and the discount will be applied to the total value of your purchase. Please note the 25% discount does not apply to shipping charges. Points cannot be used in conjunction with the voucher.
