Returns and exchange policy

First, if you came here to read about Return & Refund, that probably means you have made an order on our website. That’s why we would like to say, “Thank you!” for choosing our shop from among many others.

We always strive to provide our customers with the finest fragrances and goods, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, below you can find information on how you may return or exchange our products.

Before starting the return, process there are some important things that you need to know:

  • If you wish to return your order or a part of it for a refund or exchange, please complete the form following the link above or notify us in writing by sending an email to: contact@bahoma.com within 14 days from a date of a delivery.
  • Unless faulty, refunds will be issued for goods which are returned in perfect and fully resalable condition.
  • It is your responsibility to secure a parcel to make sure returned products are not damaged in transit.
  • If the goods become damaged before reaching Bahoma we reserve a right to refuse issuing the refund.
  • Please note that, apart from incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, items which have been especially made to your specification cannot be returned.
  • When returning the items, we strongly recommend using recorded delivery service or another secure method of delivery and retaining any proof of dispatch, as unfortunately, we cannot award refunds for goods which have been lost during transit.
  • Please note that postage or other costs of the return will not be refunded unless you have received faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
  • Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund to an original account/method of payment within 14 days.
  • If you have requested an exchange, replacement products will be dispatched within 14 days and will be delivered using our standard shipping method.
  • Once we receive your product(s), we will inspect it/them and notify you that we have received your returned goods.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product(s).
  • If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation of it and initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 14 calendar days. If for any reason your return is rejected, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide possible solutions.

Canceling an order

In most cases, you may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of a dispatch. If you do decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded in full within 14 days. You must notify us of your intention to cancel an order by email or by phone.

This right does not apply to any customized products, and we reserve a right to refuse accepting the return and issuing the refund.
