Choosing a fragrance online should be a joy, not a risk. If you receive a scent and find it isn’t quite right for your home, we will happily exchange it for a different fragrance from the same collection.
The Rule: The item must remain unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
The Result: Complete peace of mind as you explore our fragrance library.
Our 14-Day “Change of Mind” Policy
If you wish to return your items for a full refund rather than an exchange, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange:

contact@bahoma.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order. Please state if you would like a Refund or a Scent Exchange.Condition: To be eligible, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a fully resalable condition.
Ship It: We recommend using a recorded delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (or dispatch your exchange) within 14 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover all postage costs for the return and provide a swift replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch for a full refund.
