  • The Bahoma Gift Certificate is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  • You may use The Bahoma Gift Certificate to make purchases on the Bahoma website only.
  • The Bahoma Gift Certificate is only good for a period of 2 years after being purchased.
  • When you use The Bahoma Gift Certificate, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. It may take up to 2 working days for us to update the balance on your gift certificate.
  • The Bahoma Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Bahoma Gift Certificate.
  • All refunds of goods or services purchased with The Bahoma Gift Certificate will be made in accordance with Bahoma’ Refund Policy.
  • Bahoma will cancel the value of the Gift Certificate if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.

Legal Title of the Goods

Bahoma will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any payment to you.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange then you must notify us before the expiry of 14 working days after delivery. Goods can only be accepted for return if they are in their original condition, unused with their original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Once we have been contacted we will issue a Returns Number and the goods should be sent back with this number, any goods returned without the issuance of this number may not be returned.

If a free ‘Thank You’ item has been sent along with the order then this must also normally be returned with the order for a refund, otherwise this item may become chargeable. Except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected the following items may not be returned:

Goods which have been made or ordered to your specification.

For reasons of hygiene we do not accept the return of any beauty items including Body Care toiletries and personal use products.

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining any proof of despatch so you can claim from the delivery company until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods which have been lost in transit to our facility.

Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods.

Cancelling an Order

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. However, this right does not apply if we have made any products to your customised requirements using our specialist order service. You must notify us of your intention to cancel an order by email or by phone.


Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Therefore the price of a product cannot be deemed to be confirmed until the order has been accepted by us.

All prices indicated for products available via the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. Delivery is charged separately and varies by zone and weight of shipment for areas outside of mainland UK. The total cost of your order is calculated using the price of the products ordered, plus VAT and delivery charges. Please consult our delivery charges page for the latest applicable charges.

Product Representation

Many parts of the Bahoma Collection are made by hand and also use natural ingredients and so a variation for the final product should be expected. If you require exact colour and specification matching then you should contact us at info@bahoma.com for our specialist order service.

Great care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representations and descriptions of all products are accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a variation in the actual goods may occur, whether as a result of the way different monitors display colours or because of our method of manufacture. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see on your monitor are an exact representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.

You can phone us or email us quoting your order number to get assistance on your order. The status options on our Website are: ‘Pending’, ‘Accepted’, ‘Cancelled’, ‘Refunded’, and ‘Shipped’. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
