Should you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange then you must notify us before the expiry of 14 working days after delivery. Goods can only be accepted for return if they are in their original condition, unused with their original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Once we have been contacted we will issue a Returns Number and the goods should be sent back with this number, any goods returned without the issuance of this number may not be returned.
If a free ‘Thank You’ item has been sent along with the order then this must also normally be returned with the order for a refund, otherwise this item may become chargeable. Except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected the following items may not be returned:
- Goods which have been made or ordered to your specification.
- For reasons of hygiene we do not accept the return of any beauty items including Body Care toiletries and personal use products.
We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining any proof of despatch so you can claim from the delivery company until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods which have been lost in transit to our facility.
Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods.
Cancelling an Order
You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. However, this right does not apply if we have made any products to your customised requirements using our specialist order service. You must notify us of your intention to cancel an order by email or by phone.
