How do I make a purchase?

Browse our collections and add items by clicking the ADD TO CART button.
You can also shop by fragrance or use the search function to add items to you bag. If you’re not sure about an item, you can add it and later remove it at checkout.
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Fill in the necessary billing and shipping information to complete your order.

Do I need to register an account to place an order?

No. But for your safty you should register an account to shop at Bahoma.com. Our members enjoy many benefits, such as:

  1. Special discounts available only to members.
  2. Free fragrance samples.
  3. Information about special seasonal products and new collections.
  4. The ability to track orders and a history of past orders.
  5. A wish list.
  6. Ability to ship to an address other than the billing address.

I don’t remember my password

If you need to reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD’ link on the SIGN IN page or the icon at the checkout login. We are unable to email your old password for security reasons.

What payment methods are accepted at Bahoma.com and is my credit card information kept safe?

We accept all major credit cards and process all credit card information using industry standard ‘SSL’ technology.
If you would prefer to process your order by telephone, please select that option when at checkout

What currency do I pay in?

All prices are displayed in British Pounds and all orders are billed in British Pounds. Your bank should be able to provide the exchange rate at which your credit card will be billed.

Which countries do you ship to?

Bahoma.com ships worldwide.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

For orders over £30 shipped within the UK and orders over £60 shipped thoughout the EU, Bahoma.com offers free shipping. Please refer to our delivery page for all details dealing with costs and delivery times.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, of course. You may add a shipping address in the checkout.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Please contact us via email or telephone to change your order once it has been placed.

Can I track my order?

Upon shipping your package, we will email a tracking number and link where you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do accept returns in some circumstances in accordance to UK consumer laws. Please refer to our returns information page for details.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes of couse! A Bahoma.com gift card makes the perfect gift. Please refer to the gifts page for more information.

Can I get a fragrance tester ?

As a registered Bahoma.com member you will be able to select frangrance samplers with each order. Alternatively you may purchase a Bahoma Perfume Bibliotheque. Follow the link for our Perfume Bibliotheque.

How long do the average perfumed Bahoma products last?

A Bahoma scented candle in glass can last up to 75 hours when burned following our instructions. A Bahoma 200mL fragranced diffuser can last up to 6 months when used according to our instructions.
